Every June we honour and recognize the many years of achievements, successes and valuable contributions of Italian immigrants and Italian Canadians have made.
Canada is home to more than 1.5 million Canadians of Italian descent, which makes it one of the largest Italian migration groups in the world. On October 7, 2010, the Legislature of the Province of Ontario passed Bill 103 into law declaring forever the month of June as Italian Heritage month.
