Instructions

1.Roast almonds at 350 for approximately 15 minutes until toasted.

2.Boil water, sugar, cinnamon and lemon rind until bubbles cover the liquid.

3.When pick up and pour from a tablespoon the liquid should be like a thread.

4.Take hot almonds out of the oven, pour hot liquid over them and stir with a wooden spoon until all the almonds are covered and sugar is crystallized.
